Dromos is the core contributing development company behind the MetaDEX, the underlying model that powers Velodrome and Aerodrome, two of the most innovative protocols in the Ethereum ecosystem.
Our team is unified in the belief that shared systems should create shared value. We stand against value extraction and concentration of power wherever it occurs, but especially when it comes to the critical infrastructure of modern society. And we believe there’s a better way to build it.
Our purpose is to build common infrastructure that delivers uncommon value. We do this through the development of decentralized financial products, designed to align incentives and maximize value distribution. By merging leading tech with economic innovation, we build systems that give all participants a greater stake in the new economy.

Meet the Executive Team
As CEO of Dromos Labs, Alexander is committed to creating products that shape a better economic era. His career began in political organizing, leading mobilization efforts at the state and federal levels. He then held various roles at Apple, including leading a global talent development program, and later worked as a consultant helping top tech brands like Meta and Microsoft tackle their toughest challenges.
Chris is an expert in business and financial systems, drawing from his background as a research economist, hedge fund analyst, and strategy consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. As President of Dromos Labs, Chris works with institutional partners and designs new organizational frameworks.
Stas brings over 15 years of open source development and startup experience to DeFi. A two-time Google Summer of Code alum and long-term OSS contributor, he has led tech at over 10 startups in the US and EU. Guided by the strong belief that open systems are simply better, as CTO, he leads product development at Dromos toward an even more accessible onchain experience.
Jim has a deep legal background in the issues facing the crypto community. He brings over a decade of experience in private practice, at the Department of Justice, and at a centralized exchange to bear when charting a compliant path for Dromos Labs. As Dromos Labs' CLO, Jim works hard to make permissionless access to institutional-grade financial products a reality.
Dan believes that strong values are critical to creating success. In his prior career in the US education sector, he worked with schools to use data to grow operational capacity and academic performance. As CFO of Dromos Labs, he brings that same mindset to ensuring the organization and protocol strategy optimally distribute value to all stakeholders. He has an MPA from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs.
David Annis is the Chief Operating Officer at Dromos Labs. With more than two decades of experience in creative production, agency leadership, and operational strategy, he has helped scale teams, design systems, and deliver brand and product launches across industries. His work is rooted in building resilient organizations where creativity and collaboration drive impact.
